Common questions

I didn't get the confirmation email after signing up

Check your spam / promotions folder first — the email comes from noreply@sadhakapp.com. If it's not there, write to support and we'll look it up.

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email you signed up with. You'll get a reset link by email. The link opens the app and takes you straight to a "set a new password" screen.

My counter says the wrong number / didn't sync

The app is built to work offline — taps you make without internet are queued and sent when you reconnect. If you see "N changes pending sync…" at the top of the screen, that's the queue. It will drain automatically when you're back online. If the banner says "Sync paused", tap Retry.

If a count looks wrong after that, pull down to refresh on the Home tab. If it still looks wrong, email us with a screenshot.

I can't delete my account

Go to Settings → Delete account and follow the steps. If the app blocks you with a message like "Admins cannot self-delete" or "You are the creator of an active challenge", that's because we need to transfer ownership first so other users aren't affected. Email support@sadhakapp.com and we'll help.

I don't see the Challenges tab

Community challenges are a feature limited to Academy-tier accounts. New accounts start in the default Satsang tier, which doesn't include challenges. If you believe you should have access to Academy, email support@sadhakapp.com and we can check on your account.

I want a copy of my data

Email support@sadhakapp.com and we'll send you a JSON export of your account, practices, logs, and skips.

Please tell us. Email support@sadhakapp.com with a description of what you saw and any steps to reproduce it. For security issues we appreciate responsible disclosure — please don't share the details publicly until we've had a chance to fix it.
